Pre- order Information Page
- We have an approximate dispatch time frame of 2-5 weeks due on preorders.
- Please also note that due to the current health and well being issues around the globe, we are experiencing delays on orders and preorders.
- We apologise for any inconvenience, our team are doing their best to get preorders out as soon as practicable.
WHAT IS PREORDER?
- We offer preorder items in order to keep our retail prices affordable as possible. It allows us to retail a wide range of products and it means that your size and style will be available most of the time.
- A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has just been released or is an item which we purchase in bulk to keep our prices low and affordable. We may also offer a pre-order item when our suppliers have a production about to commence. Our preorder styles will state that they are preorder on the product details so please read carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Preorder Purchase. Preorder items are NOT handmade and they are not made in Australia.
- When you place your Preorder it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. The Preorder is paid for so your item/items can be allocated to your order.
- Please note that time frames provided are an estimate due to production schedules.
- To ensure we keep our prices low and collection current we offer all of our collection as a preorder.
- A Preorder placed using Afterpay will not alter our time frames nor change our preorder turnaround.
- We dispatch all orders from our Melbourne Warehouse. We do not drop ship any items.
- We give an approximate dispatch time frame of between 2-5 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. We do our very best to dispatch Preorders as soon as practicable and aim for a 3-week dispatch from date of purchase.
- Pre-orders are to be paid for at the time of the order being placed and are shipped as close to the dispatch time frame listed above as possible.
- Please keep in mind the dispatch time frame provided is an estimated time frame and the item may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.
- All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives.
- Please take care when processing your order as all pre-orders are final – no additional items can be added to the order and the order cannot be canceled or edited before delivery.
- We do not currently offer split orders ( sending what is in stock and a preorder placed in the same order ) When you place an order, only one shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, we will part ship an order.
- PLEASE NOTE - All items vary with times, please allow up to 4-5 weeks before contacting us for an update. Please understand, this delivery time is to our mini-warehouse. Once we perform Quality Control, your items are sent within 24 - 48hrs of completing QC.
- Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are. Please see Australia Post online for estimated delivery times.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?
- All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking information ( where applicable ) to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Your parcel is then sent within 24/48 hours to be processed via Australia Post. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order. If it's been less than 4 weeks and your yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left us.
- Please note: We do not send update emails regarding preorders. We send two emails which are the Order Confirmation email and email advising that your order has been dispatched.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
- If there is a product in your order that does not arrive due to supplier errors, we will contact you via email and advise.
We do not cancel orders or preorders. On a rare occasion if a cancellation is agreed too, we may offer a refund but a cancellation fee will apply.
- For Orders Under $50, there is a cancellation fee of $14.95
- For Orders over $50 and under $100, there is a cancellation fee of $24.95
- For Orders over $100 and under $200, there is a cancellation fee of $34.95
- For Order over $200, there is a cancellation fee of $49.95
This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are nonrefundable to us.
Any order cancellation placed with Afterpay will incur a 6% fee.

- Upon ordering from our Preorders, you are committing to purchase from Love From Iylah Boutique, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.
- You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.
- WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS.
- If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.
- This also applies to late or delayed orders.
