Exchanges & Returns
Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received you Preorder purchase or an item in stock, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
No sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit.
To complete your exchange, contact Love From Iylah via firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us you wish to exchange. We will then email you instructions on how to complete your return and what information to include in the return package. All return postage is done at the customer's expense. We recommend that use a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery as Love From Iylah takes no responsibility without proof of delivery. All original postage costs are non-refundable.
When exchanging your current items or items for another item/s, all new items that are being exchanged will be at full price and not a sale price.
Love From Iylah reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet the returns policy requirements once assessed.
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. This includes any Preorder items. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders.
All products are quality controlled prior to dispatch, however, sometimes production faults can result that are accidentally missed. Proof of fault must be sent via a photograph, or returning the products and once assessed Love From Iylah will advise if a refund is applicable and the product is deemed to be legitimately faulty by Love From Iylah. Return of faulty goods must adhere to the following:
- You must notify Love From Iylah via email email@example.com
- A photograph of the item with a description of the fault.
- Proof of purchase.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a fault and all items should be handled with care.
Preorders are not eligible for a refund, and the same conditions apply for a change of mind if you wish to cancel. Please take note of this if you are wanting to preorder an item, as once a preorder has been ordered for you, they are specifically ordered as per your paid order.
For unavailable preorders, we may offer a refund, credit or exchange for the unavailable item at our discretion.
For any cancellation of a preorder where a refund may be offered, a cancellation fee will apply. This covers website fee's, PayPal/Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are nonrefundable to us.
CANCELING YOUR PREORDER:
Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange.
On the rare occasion, we may offer a refund but a cancellation fee will apply.
For Orders Under $50 there is a cancellation fee of $14.95
For Orders over $50 and under $100 there is a cancellation fee of $24.95
For Orders over $100 and under $200 there is a cancellation fee of $34.95
For Order over $200 there is a cancellation fee of $49.95
This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non-refundable to us.
